I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kuma no Yakitori  located in Rain Hill, Bangkok. It wasn't just a dinner; it was a masterclass in how culinary traditions can evolve when they cross borders. As for the food—it was exceptional. Each skewer was a testament to precision. • The Yakitori:  The texture and flavor profile were world-class. • The Wine:  The wine pairings were thoughtfully curated, elevating the smoky notes of the charcoal-grilled poultry to a whole new level.

We recently held our New Year’s party for Fujima Sakura School in Bangkok, and it was a truly wonderful time. Looking at the photos, I am filled with gratitude to see so many people from different countries and backgrounds coming together to support us.
